NeoBot is a Discord bot that provides leveling, economy, moderation, and community engagement features for Discord servers. The service includes:

• XP and leveling system with voice activity tracking
• Virtual currency (Meowcoins) and role shop
• Moderation tools and warning system
• Web dashboard for configuration
• Custom commands and analytics

3. User Responsibilities

By using NeoBot, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use the Bot only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or damage the Bot's functionality
• Not use the Bot to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot appropriately for their community and ensuring compliance with these Terms of Service within their server.

5. Data Collection and Usage

NeoBot collects and stores data necessary for functionality, including user IDs, message counts, XP/level data, voice activity, and server configurations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Bot at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeoBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot for any user or server that violates these Terms of Service or engages in abusive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
